When I saw The Bennie, I knew I had to order it. I love eggs benedict but the traditional version gets old. Okay, admittedly, I haven’t had very many but again, the creativity here just calls out to me! The vanilla offset the blueberry very well and it was quite possibly the best mimosa I’ve ever had. This is also a big deal because I’m not a fan of blueberries. I started with the Blueberry Vanilla-Mosa, one of the housemade mimosas. I can confidently say The Sassy Biscuit sparked with complete sass…right, Biscuit? 😉 The sophisticated twist to elevate typical breakfast food is what I need to create a spark between this meal and myself. Honestly, this is exactly the type of place I want for breakfast or brunch. prides itself on “comfort food served with a sophisticated twist”. This is kind of a big deal for me since I have never been in love with breakfast and generally skip it at home. I’ve really gotten into breakfast/brunch places lately. Billings, Montana Restaurants Although I had never been to Billings, I had been to Montana and I would never have guessed I was about to visit a fantastic foodie destination. We told her how pleased we were with the food and the service. What is the first thing that comes to mind when you hear Billings, Montana? I’m going to bet it isn’t food, right? Haha, I didn’t think so! Don’t worry, you aren’t the only one. She actually seemed to be enjoying her job! Toward the end of our meal, a manager stopped by our table to ask how everything was.

Unlike many servers in other restaurants who make themselves scarce after serving the food or who act like they are doing you a favor to refill coffee, bring you an extra napkin, etc., Julia was very accommodating. Our waitress, Julia, was attentive without being intrusive and had a great attitude. Both dishes were cooked to our specifications and arrived hot from the kitchen. I ordered eggs benedict and my friend got french toast with bacon. an exception for the Montana Club because they have nice high ceilings and we were delighted to find they maintain social distancing rules upon our arrival. We generally shy away from the large chain restaurants, and during these days of COVID generally seek out eateries with patio seating. Highly recommend !! Moreįor those of us who love eating breakfast or brunch at restaurants, there is a definite shortage of choices in Billings. Because of the delicious dinner, cocktails, and the very friendly and attentive server we were fortunate to have, we will certainly be making this a stop whenever traveling in the area again. The only thing missing was an offering of bread or rolls which most steak restaurants tend to include. They have an extensive offering of wine, beer, and interesting cocktails. Since I had a hard time choosing between a number of delicious sounding entrees, I followed his suggestion and was not disappointed ! I chose the halibut with a crab and cream sauce topping (forgot the name on the menu) and it was HUGE and delicious, very fresh tasting ! My husband thoroughly enjoyed a filet cooked perfectly to his liking. He was very helpful when asked for suggestions. We were not disappointed ! Quickly seated our server was. We chose this one after looking online at it’s extensive and interesting menu.

We happened to be staying at a hotel close by and the desk clerk, when we asked, recommended two close by restaurants.
